We are not able to add new items to an order once placed in order to maintain shipping speed and accuracy.

All orders under $200 are subject to a $15 flat shipping fee.

Orders over $200 total before taxes and after discounts include free standard shipping via UPS depending on contents (excludes remote locations, some conditions apply).

Oversize items such as safes, are subject to a separate quote for shipping, and are excluded from the free shipping policy.

We ship by UPS with signature required and provide tracking by email.

* If your billing and shipping addresses differ and you are paying by credit card, you may be asked for additional documentation before we can process your order.

Problem Order Policy: If there is an order problem such as incorrect information, stock issue or address problems we will attempt to contact you by email and phone.  If we do not get a response within a week the order will be cancelled and refunded.  If we are not able to refund to the original payment form then we will issue a gift card.
