Buying a Firearm Online

Purchasing a firearm online is simple when you follow these steps. Once your order is placed on our website, your firearm will be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) dealer of your choice, who will complete the necessary paperwork and background checks as required by federal law before you can pick up your order.

How to Purchase a Firearm Online

STEP 1: Select Your Firearm
Browse our online inventory, select the firearm you'd like to purchase, and add it to your cart.

STEP 2: Choose an FFL Dealer at Checkout
During the checkout process, select a local FFL dealer near you from our dealer list or use our FFL Finder Tool. Please note: this is a general list of FFLs and may include dealers we haven't previously shipped to.

STEP 3: Submit FFL License Information
To comply with ATF regulations, we must have a copy of the receiving dealer’s actual FFL license on file before we can ship the firearm.

  • Preferred Method: Have your chosen FFL dealer email a copy of their license to FFL@bullseyesouth.com, including your order number in the subject line.

  • Need Help? If you would like us to contact the dealer on your behalf, please provide the dealer’s email address and your order number to FFL@bullseyesouth.com. Note: To save time, we do not contact dealers by phone.

🔔 Important: If we do not receive the FFL within 7 business days and are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

STEP 4: Shipment
Once the license is received and verified, we will ship your firearm via UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email. Any non-FFL items in your order may ship separately.

STEP 5: Dealer Receives Firearm
The receiving FFL will check and verify the shipment. They will typically contact you once everything is ready for pickup. Please allow them time to process and verify the order.

STEP 6: Complete Transfer at FFL Dealer
Visit your selected FFL dealer to inspect your firearm and complete the necessary paperwork.

  • You will pay the transfer fee directly to the dealer (fees vary by dealer).

  • A background check will be conducted as required by law.

STEP 7: Take Your Firearm Home
After completing the transfer, take your new firearm home. Be sure to:

  • Read the manufacturer’s manual

  • Clean and lubricate the firearm according to manufacturer instructions

  • Store and use your firearm safely and responsibly

Important Notes

  • All firearm sales are final.

  • If you fail a background check, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your refund.

  • Once a firearm is transferred to you, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

  • If you discover an issue with your firearm after transfer, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or service.
