Online Firearms Purchase
Buying a gun online is straight forward if you follow the steps below. Once you purchase from our website, firearms ship to your chosen Dealer / FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) who will conduct final paperwork and/or background checks that are required by Federal Law before you pick up your order.
STEP 1: Select a firearm from our stock online and add it to your cart.
STEP 2: Proceed through the purchase and select the desired FFL Dealer near you at checkout
STEP 3: Choose the best local FFL licensed dealer during the checkout process, and have you or the FFL send their license and contact information to us as directed in the confirmation email. You may also use our FFL finder tool which is located in checkout, or you can find it here. This is a general list of all FFL Dealers and not always a FFL we have shipped to before.
+ PER ATF Requirements we need the actual license of the dealer we are sending the gun to, after the online gun sale please have your local dealer email their FFL Dealer (Federal Firearms License) to FFL@BullseyeSouth.com with your order number in the subject line. We do not reach out to the receiving licensed firearms dealer unless you absolutely need us to. In that case please provide your order number and their email address to FFL@BullseyeSouth.com and ask us to request their license. To save time we do not call other dealers.
+ Receiving Dealers will charge a transfer fee. This charge is set and collected by them. It is always good to know ahead what the fee will be.
+ If we do not obtain the physical signed license of the local FFL to verify and keep on file we are not able to ship. We will be sure to promptly contact you if there is a problem.
+ If we are unable to obtain the FFL within 7 business days and are unable to contact the customer we will refund/cancel the order.
STEP 4: We ship the gun(s) by UPS and send tracking by email. Other items in the order not requiring an FFL may be shipped separately.
STEP 5: Gun/s arrive at receiving FFL Dealer to be checked and verified. Usually the FFL Dealer will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note they may need a day or so to perform the verification.
STEP 6: After receiving notification all is ready you can proceed to the FFL Dealer to inspect the gun and accept the transfer. This is when you will pay the FFL Dealer fee and complete any required paperwork.
STEP 7: Take the gun home, read the manufacturer manual, clean/lubricate as directed by the manufacturer to remove any preservative oils, be responsible, be safe, and have fun owning your new FIREARM!
STEP 8: Start browsing Bullseye South for accessories for your gun, or for your next online purchase of a firearm that follows all legal requirements!
NOTE: ALL FIREARM PURCHASES ARE FINAL, If the background check is failed we charge a 20% restocking fee. If you discover any blemishes or have any issues whatsoever with the gun after it’s been transferred, please contact the manufacturer of that gun for replacement, warranty, or service. We do not accept firearm returns for any reason after it has been transferred.
